• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. Gigs and Projects

For Clients:

• You are responsible for providing accurate gig requirements
• You agree to review nominees in good faith
• You agree to pay for accepted projects through our platform

For Creatives:

• You warrant that your portfolio and skills are accurately represented
• You agree to deliver work as agreed upon with clients
• You agree to our fee structure for completed projects

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. By using our payment services, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Creator Route charges a platform fee on completed transactions. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Creator Route and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on Creator Route, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, we may provide mediation services at our discretion. For legal disputes, you agree to resolve them through binding arbitration or small claims court.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the quality of work delivered through the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Creator Route SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
